Importance of Yoga -Yoga is an invaluable jewel from the opulent cultural heritage of ancient India. It is a fascinating invention of Indian sages. Its history extends back to about more than five thousand years ago. Improving the longevity of a man through the control of body and mind is a fabulous achievement of mankind.
Yogasanas are a set of physical workouts which tone up the internal organs of a human body. They are of two types: meditative and physical. Asanas which involve mental activity fall under meditative category, whilethe others which are done primarily for body fitnessare physical asanas. We cannot stay fit and healthy until and unless our internal organs are healthy. Therefore,it is most essential to take care of the body after this age. Most of the chronic diseases like heart attack, blood pressure and diabetes generally attack a man after this age. So anyone who wishes to stay fit and younger for longer tenure should make yoga a daily routine as it would sustain the elasticity of their limbs and impart excellent mental health. However there is no age constraint to practice yoga.
Many kinds of impurities and wastes get accumulated in human body in its daily routine.
